Refund & Return Policy

At MENA Robotics Technologies

we are committed to providing high-quality robotics, electronics, IoT, and educational technology products.

This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which customers may cancel an order, return a product, request an exchange, or receive a refund for products purchased through our website.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted this policy.

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

  • If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a refund using the original payment method.
  • If the order has already been shipped, the order will be treated as a return and the applicable return conditions described below will apply.

2. Standard Returns

Customers may request to return or exchange an eligible product within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
To qualify for a standard return:
  • The product must be in the same condition in which it was received.
  • All kit components, accessories, cables, documentation, packaging, and included materials must be returned.
  • The product must not have been damaged, modified, incorrectly assembled, or misused by the customer.
  • Proof of purchase or order information must be provided.
  • Any missing components may affect eligibility for a full refund.
Customers are encouraged to inspect the contents of the kit carefully after receiving the order.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:
  • Defective;
  • Damaged upon delivery;
  • Missing essential components;
  • Different from the product ordered; or
  • Not compliant with the specifications stated at the time of purchase,
please contact us as soon as possible.
Requests concerning defective or non-conforming products may be submitted within 3 days from the date of receiving the product, subject to applicable consumer protection requirements.
Depending on the circumstances, MENA Robotics Technologies may offer:
  • Replacement of the defective component;
  • Replacement of the complete kit;
  • Repair or technical resolution, where appropriate; or
  • A full refund.
Where the return results from a confirmed product defect, shipping damage, incorrect item, or an error attributable to MENA Robotics Technologies, the customer will not be required to bear the applicable return costs.

4. Educational and Hardware Kits

Our robotics and technology kits may contain electronic components, sensors, controllers, mechanical parts, cables, modules, and other technical equipment.
Customers are responsible for following the supplied technical instructions and using components within their specified operating conditions.
A product may not qualify for a standard return where damage has resulted from:
  • Incorrect wiring or electrical connections;
  • Applying incorrect voltage or power;
  • Short circuits caused by improper use;
  • Physical modification of components;
  • Soldering or permanent modification, where not required by the product;
  • Water exposure where the component is not designed to be waterproof;
  • Improper assembly;
  • Accidental damage;
  • Misuse or operation outside the stated specifications.
This does not affect the customer’s rights where a product was originally supplied defective or non-conforming.

5. Missing Components

If your kit arrives with one or more listed components missing, please contact us with your order details and information about the missing item.
Once verified, we may arrange shipment of the missing component at no additional product cost or provide another appropriate resolution.
We may request photographs of the received package and its contents to help us verify and resolve the issue.

6. Customized or Special Orders

Some products may be manufactured, configured, assembled, or sourced according to customer-specific requirements.
Where a product has been customized specifically for a customer and conforms to the specifications approved by that customer, it may not be eligible for a standard change-of-mind return, except where required by applicable law.
Any special conditions relating to customized orders will be communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.

7. Return Shipping

For eligible standard returns that are not caused by a product defect or an error by MENA Robotics Technologies, the customer may be responsible for the cost of returning the product, subject to applicable law.
For verified defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products attributable to MENA Robotics Technologies, we will arrange or cover the applicable return shipping costs.
Customers should not return a product before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

8. Return Inspection

Returned products will be inspected after they are received.
We will check that:
  • The correct product has been returned;
  • The kit and its components are complete;
  • The condition of the product is consistent with the return request; and
  • There is no customer-caused damage that would affect the requested return.
If additional information is required, we may contact the customer before completing the return process.

9. Refunds

Once a return is approved and the returned product has been received where applicable, the refund will be initiated using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another legally permitted refund method is agreed with the customer.
Where applicable, approved refunds will be initiated within 7 days of the relevant return/refund confirmation.
After we initiate the refund, the time required for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.
MENA Robotics Technologies is not responsible for processing delays caused solely by the customer’s bank or card issuer after the refund has been successfully submitted.

10. Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges for change-of-mind returns may be borne by the customer where permitted by applicable law.
Where a return is caused by a confirmed defect, incorrect product, or an error by MENA Robotics Technologies, the customer will not be charged for the applicable return shipping.
Any treatment of original delivery charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the conditions disclosed during the purchase process.

11. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If an eligible order is cancelled before dispatch, the payment will be refunded using the original payment method.
Where an order has already been dispatched, the standard return procedure may apply.

12. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order cannot be delivered because of:
  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer;
  • Repeated inability to contact the recipient;
  • Refusal to accept the shipment without a valid product-related reason; or
  • Other circumstances attributable to the customer,
any additional shipping or return costs may be deducted from the refundable amount where permitted by applicable law.

13. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return, exchange, cancellation, or refund, please contact MENA Robotics Technologies through the contact information provided on our website.
Please include:
  • Your full name;
  • Order number;
  • Email address used for the order;
  • Product or kit name;
  • Reason for the request; and
  • Photos or videos where the product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.
Our team will review the request and provide the appropriate return instructions.

14. Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly regarding any issue with an order or payment before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve legitimate order, delivery, product, or refund concerns.

15. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund & Return Policy is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable laws and regulations.
Where applicable consumer protection legislation grants the customer greater rights than those described in this policy, the applicable statutory rights will prevail.

16. Changes to This Policy

MENA Robotics Technologies may update this Refund & Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, products, payment processes, or applicable requirements.
The latest version will always be published on our website together with its effective or last updated date.
